Isabel Egan-Carter

Isabel is an Associate in the Learning and Workforce transformations team at PUBLIC. She is working on supporting the PUBLIC School of Technology to deliver user research and innvoation learning programs. She has previous experience in the leadership develeopment sector and strives to apply her current studies in Business and Politics to build discovery orintated learning that improves public services.
