Yuan is a Senior UX Designer at PUBLIC, specialising in UX design and UX research to optimise the user experience of digital products. She works on projects for government clients, integrating user insights and translating clients requirements into intuitive design solutions. Before joining PUBLIC, Yuan has prior experience in building products across web, mobile apps and VR/AR applications in IoT, gaming and tech industries. She is passionate about incorporating user-centred design to drive technological innovation in GovTech.
