With a background in social data science, AI policy, and user-centred design, Ariana is passionate about building digital resilience and human-centric systems across public services. Prior to PUBLIC, Ariana has worked across the tech and public sectors. In her most recent role, she drove a large-scale modernisation initiative, where she led vendor management and user testing for a unified API interface serving over 20,000 users. She obtained her MSc from the University of Oxford and a BA from Cornell University.Fun Fact: While Ariana briefly lived in D.C, she was invited to the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and got the chance to bowl in Truman’s Bowling Alley.
One time, Ariana was seconds away from taking the first bite of her sandwich when a seagull swooped in and claimed it for itself. Since then, Ariana hasn't been the biggest fan of seagulls.
