Associate
David is an Associate within the Commercial, Spend, and Impact Team. He is passionate about the optimisation of public services and digital convergence. Before joining PUBLIC's team, he worked as the Development Director at the Faculty of Education at one of the largest private universities in Chile. He also contributed for four years in the Chilean government, mostly as the Chief of Staff of the Planning and Budget Division at the Ministry of Education. Additionally, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at the London School of Economics.
