Associate
Lucas is an Associate within the Commercial, Spend, and Impact Team. He is passionate about causal impact evaluation, public finance, and various political economy topics such as inequality and corruption. A dual Spanish and American national, Lucas previously worked as a Policy Evaluation and Public Finance Intern at an economic consultancy in Spain and as a Policy Analyst for a Swiss, impact finance advisory firm. He obtained his MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and his BSocSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester.
