Senior Associate
Lucy is a Senior Associate at PUBLIC, specialising in project, programme and product delivery across complex public-sector environments. Her work has included delivering Europe’s largest defence innovation programme and leading PUBLIC’s Defence Disrupted event, bringing together senior leaders and practitioners from across the defence and investment ecosystem.
Before joining PUBLIC, Lucy worked as an Income Officer at a not-for-profit housing association, supporting tenants during the Covid-19 pandemic. She later joined the Ministry of Justice, where she worked closely with the judiciary in the Court of Appeal. These roles have shaped her grounded understanding of public service delivery and operational systems.
Lucy holds an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations, Philosophy and Economics, alongside a Liberal Arts Diploma. She is a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, bringing a structured and adaptable approach to delivery. At PUBLIC, she also contributes to business development, with a focus on building effective partnerships and collaborative ways of working.
