Natalie is Head of People and Operations at PUBLIC, leveraging over 15 years of HR expertise and a decade in Operations, her responsibilities include; organisational and people strategy, talent, learning and development, financial planning, recruitment, policies and facilities management. Natalie is passionate about nurturing growth, empowering individuals to unlock their full capabilities through guidance, strategic learning and up-skilling initiatives. As someone who completed two apprenticeships, she understands the value of diverse educational backgrounds and her professional journey includes experience in start-ups, scale-ups, SME and corporate environments, alongside previous roles in the pharmaceutical, automotive and digital sectors. Natalie is CIPD Level 5 accredited.
