Lead (Workforce Capabilities)
Nathan is a Learning Service Designer at PUBLIC. He consults on workforce transformation, with a specialism in the areas of capability development and learning evaluation. He leads projects with a service design approach, identifying problems through learning-oriented user research and designing learning services through co-design and user testing. Nathan has experience working with clients across UK Government, including Cabinet Office, GDS, MOD, NHS and DBT. Nathan holds a BA in Economics and Politics, and has a background in content design and community engagement in the GovTech sector. Nathan also spent 1.5 years teaching English in Vietnam.
Fun Fact: Nathan watched Breaking Bad eight times. Two of those were the same summer.
