How we consider candidates

    Initial assessment

    For junior and mid-level roles, we blind review your application, to minimise unconscious biases and give you the opportunity to be judged only on your full potential rather than your experience.

    The hiring team will ask questions to explore the skills that are needed for the job. We aim to ask candidates the same questions across the board to allow us to make a fair comparison.
