Senior Associate
Tolu is a Senior Associate at PUBLIC on the Commercial, Spend & Impact team. Prior to PUBLIC, he worked as a Research Fellow at StateUp where he analysed GovTech startups, especially those operating in the Global South. Before that he worked on a Digital Government Project with the Inter-American Development Bank, and then at the Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government at the UN.
